Hispanic Food

Food is important to Hispanics. In fact a lot of our paychecks go to food. First Generation Hispanics work for the home and for the food, there is no retirement fund, college fund, savings accounts.
You must understand that Hispanics have their own style of foods. Hispanics can have dinner at a Mexican Restaurant and walk away knowing that the cook was of Mexican descent. They just have that vibe about Hispanic food.
Its not a secret that our steak is fajita. We have mastered the fajita to a “t”. There are some variables that are important when it comes to fajita.
Buying Fajitas
Yes, it does matter where you buy your fajita. There are a lot of meat markets that are starting to catch on, the one that is most successful in the Texas is called: La Michoacana Meat Market. I’ll go ahead and advertise them here for free because they are just that good. See if there is one in your area and purchase the seasoned fajita from them.
Cooking Fajita
You have to get someone who can cook the fajita right. The right amount of time will give you nice and tender fajitas that you can chew easily.
Eating Fajitas
Be sure to provide the following if you will be serving fajitas to guest: Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacemole, salsa and of course flour tortillas.
So food is very important to the Hispanic culture. Fajitas are just amazing!
